Ewelina Drzewiecka – PhD in cultural studies and MA in theology; Assistant Professor at the Cyrillo-Methodian Research Centre of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and at the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In her research, she focuses on Bulgarian culture and literature in the context of modernity, history of ideas, and cultural transfer.
Member of the Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies, the European Society for the History of Science, the Society of Biblical Literature, and the Utopian Studies Society-Europe; Deputy editor of the scientific journal “Slavia Meridionalis”; Winner of the award of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences for young scientists “Prof. Marin Drinov” in the field of cultural and historical heritage and national identity.
