Anelia Dimova

Anelia Dimova was born in Shumen.

In 1995, she graduated with a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from University of Economics – Varna and in 2012 – a certification program “Executive Leadership” at Cornell University, USA. Anelia Dimova has more than 15 years of experience in the sphere of human resources. Her career began at Roca Bulgaria, as well as managerial positions at BTC and Solvay Sodi.

On April 1st, 2016 Anelia Dimova joins the team of Aurubis Bulgaria at the position Head of Human Resources South-Eastern Europe.

As a part of the senior management team of Aurubis Bulgaria, Anelia Dimova is responsible for developing the policies connected to talent acquisition, training and development of employees as well as to the compensations and benefits in the company.
