Angelo Corallo is Associated Professor at the Department of Innovation Engineering, University of Salento.
His research interests are related to technologies, methodologies and organizational models supporting the New Product Development process in complex industries and knowledge management and collaborative working environments.
Since 2000, he is the coordinator of several research projects, funded by the EC under FP6 and FP7 or by the Italian national research funds.
He coordinates several academic and industrial training laboratories. Since 2000, he is lecturer of several courses at the Faculty of Engineering of University of Salento. He is author of about 110 scientific publications.
Angelo Corallo has grown its responsibility in the research projects during the years and has established a wide network of collaborations with the Italian industrial sectors (e.g. Alenia Aermacchia, Avio, Engineering) with which it has collaborate in several research projects.
The results reached in these research projects have been relevant and innovative for the partners companies that have shown their interest in the collaboration with Angelo Corallo renovating their partnership in several projects.

Business Process Management System for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul; Damage Control System.
Furthermore, two spin-offs and one start-ups have been launched from 2010 and they are the effective evidence of the industrial relevance of the activities and results of Angelo Corallo.
