Anelia Dimova joined the team of Aurubis Bulgaria in 2016 as Head of Human Resources South-Eastern Europe.

Anelia Dimova has more than 15 years of experience in the sphere of human resources. Worked in Roca Bulgaria, BTC and Solvay Sodi.

As a part of the senior management team of Aurubis Bulgaria, Anelia Dimova is responsible for developing the policies connected to talent acquisition, training and development of employees as well as to the compensations and benefits in the company.

Anelia Dimova has a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from University of Economics – Varna, followed the Executive Leadership program at Cornell University, USA.
