Mr. Lubomir Bojilov has lived and worked in Santa Barbara, California / USA / over the past sixteen years. He has over two decades experience of senior management positions and leadership experience in multinational IT organizations, ranging from innovative technology companies to large public institutions.

At the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), Mr. Bojilov is Executive Director of a centralized organization for student information systems and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Previously, he was Director, Information Systems & Software Engineering, and manager for development of specialized software for scholarships and student financial aid.

Before joining the UCSB, L. Bojilov was Vice President, Technology and Operations of a startup technology company in California, specialized in developing applications and services for the global mobile market.

Previously, he was President and CEO of InfoGroup Bulgaria – a company specializing in the development and delivery of complete systems integration and IT solutions, mainly for governmental, educational, financial, health institutions and other large businesses.

Mr. Bojilov holds MBA in Information Technology Management , Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering; associate degree in Computer Science, and numerous certificates in management, marketing, leadership and organizational management.
