Stamen Yanev

Stamen Yanev is the CEO of InvestBulgaria Agency since January 2015.

Mr. Yanev is an attorney-at-law, M&A specialist. His professional career developed through some of the big international consulting companies. He received a Master’s Degree in Law from the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Cum Laude.

Mr. Yanev specialized European and English Law at the University of Cambridge, and European Law at the  ASSER College Europe (Netherlands), the University College London (England), the European University Institute (Italy).

Sofia Bar Association member and Senior Fellow at the Institute of State and Law at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Dept. Public Law Sciences .
